Shipping and Handling
We deliver to UK addresses only and only to the address of the paying cardholder. Prices shown on the website do not include postage & packaging charges. All Accessory, Components and Clothing orders will have a single £3.50 P&P charge added. Frames, Forks and bicycles (where available) will have a £10 P&P charge added. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery of in-stock items.

Most prices quoted on this website include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%. However some Products are zero-rated and therefore do not include VAT e.g. Helmets, Books and some Food products.

Back Orders
We always endeavour to keep advertised products in stock. Due to the large number of products that are available and sizing options we cannot guarantee this will always be the case. If ordered items are not in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. These can be cancelled or left on back order. Any out of stock items will be posted as soon as they are available.

Returns
If an item needs to be returned to us please call the Farnham shop first to obtain a returns number. If goods are found to be faulty we will refund or replace them at our discretion within the manufacturers warranty period, commencing from the date of purchase. All returns, regardless of reason, shall be at the customer’s expense.
